Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for nxyz sources subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Paddle is our merchant of record
All purchases are made through our online reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and the processing of any approved refund back to your original payment method. Refund requests are reviewed by us; once approved, Paddle issues the refund, which can take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period and are generally non-refundable for partial periods. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for and will not be charged again.
3. Annual subscriptions
If you’re charged for an annual subscription and decide it isn’t for you, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, annual subscriptions follow the same non-refundable-for-partial-periods policy as monthly plans, and you’ll keep access through the end of the paid year if you cancel.
4. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, you won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then to avoid being charged at all.
5. Exceptions
We’ll also consider refunds outside the windows above for billing errors (e.g. a duplicate charge), or where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
6. How to request a refund
Email hey@nxyz.artwith the email address on your account and the reason for the request, or use the “Manage billing” link in Settings → Plan & billing to reach Paddle’s customer portal directly.
